About Reginald Harris
Deep Work. Heartful Support. Boundless Possibility.
As an Integral Coach, I help people discover their inherent wholeness while addressing deep patterns that may be limiting their full expression. Drawing on my diverse background in technology leadership, mindfulness practice, and applied improvisation, I create a unique space where transformation can occur through deep work, heartful support, and an exploration of boundless possibilities.
Through our work together, you'll develop greater self-awareness, access untapped capacities, and create sustainable change that touches all aspects of your life—cognitive, emotional, somatic, relational, and spiritual.
My Journey
I've always been deeply introspective, questioning what is real and true about our experience as human beings. My early life was marked by feelings of not quite fitting in, which made me an observer of people and systems. This sense of alienation pushed me to find ways I belonged in the world, even when I wasn't particularly accepted in social structures.
Over time, this perspective became my strength. As I worked to understand myself and others, I developed a capacity to see beneath the surface of human behavior and to create spaces where people feel truly seen and heard.
My professional path has taken me through the fast-paced tech world, where I held leadership positions at companies like Google and Dropbox. While these experiences honed my analytical and strategic thinking, I found my true calling in helping others discover and express their authentic selves.

My Philosophy
I believe that each person is already whole and complete, with nothing fundamentally wrong or broken. At the same time, we all have areas where we can grow and develop to become fuller expressions of ourselves. My approach to coaching embodies the three pillars of my practice:
Deep Work
I help you explore beneath the surface of immediate challenges to uncover the underlying patterns and perspectives that shape your experience. This depth of inquiry creates the foundation for lasting change by addressing root causes rather than just symptoms.
Heartful Support
Transformation requires both courage and care. I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental presence to our work together, creating a space where all aspects of your experience—including the difficult parts—can be met with understanding and acceptance.
Boundless Possibility
When we engage in deep work with heartful support, we create the conditions for unexpected growth and emergence. You begin to transcend previous limitations while including all the wisdom you've gained, accessing new capacities and possibilities you may never have imagined.
My Commitment
As your coach, I commit to:
-
Being fully present with you, listening deeply to both what is said and unsaid
-
Meeting you where you are without trying to "fix" you - Creating a safe space for exploration and growth
-
Working collaboratively to design practices that fit your life and goals
-
Supporting you with both challenge and compassion
-
Bringing my full self and experience to our work together
Beyond Coaching
When I'm not coaching, you might find me teaching or performing improvisational theater, at a personal development workshop, exploring Chinese language and culture, experimenting with East, Southeast, and South Asian cooking, baking desserts, or playing board games. I live in Berkeley, California, and work with clients both locally and virtually across the globe.
